Hello! I am Dr. Nicole Elmer. I was born in Arizona but moved to 29 Palms, CA at the age of 2 and have a deep love for the desert. My childhood was always filled with animals of our own as well as volunteering at the local animal shelter and low-cost clinic. I completed my Bachelor’s degree at UC Davis in 2021 followed by one year off from school where I worked in an animal shelter and a mixed animal clinic. Following this, I moved to Tucson AZ for veterinary school at the University of Arizona where I graduated in 2025. I have a special interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry, but enjoy the wide variety of cases that general practice and urgent care bring through the door. I strive to make sure clients feel involved in their pet’s care and value a team approach to medicine. Outside of work I enjoy being active outdoors and spend a great deal of my time camping, biking, and paddleboarding. I also love to quilt and am an avid crafter, typically kept company by my two senior pups Koa and Bugatti.
